The Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, exists to educate and inspire Mennonite families, congregations, and the broader community through promotion of the history, beliefs, and lifestyle of the Mennonite expression of the Anabaptist tradition.
We operate a historical library and archives, museum, gift shop and book store. We offer a wide range of educational speakers, field trips and events, including Pennsylvania German language classes and a spring genealogy conference.
We also publish the quarterly Pennsylvania Mennonite Heritage and bimonthly Mirror newsletter.
Join us in celebrating 50 years of service in 2008, our golden anniversary year.
