Camp Friedenswald (Cassopolis, MI)

Camp Friedenswald is sponsored by the Central District Conference of Mennonite Church USA. Camp Friedenswald seeks to provide people of all ages the opportunity to gain a better understanding and love for God and Christ, self, others and nature. We have over 340 acres of forest, which includes a red oak preserve, marsh, fresh-water fen and meadow.

 

Friedenswald hosts year-round weekend and weekday church retreats, family reunions, youth groups, conferences and banquets and can accommodate up to 250 people. In 2007 we served approximately 10,300 youth and adults. Our housing options include three lodges, a hotel-style guesthouse, modern and rustic cabins and RV sites. We also offer full service, buffet-style dining in the dining hall for groups of 20 or more people. Camp’s three lodges include well-equipped kitchens for those groups who choose to do their own cooking.
